国家中低压输配电设备质量监督检验中心（以下简称“CNCE”）是在广东省品质量监督检验中研究院国家技术监督局广州电气安全检验所（CEST）有关项目的基础上，在东莞市石龙镇人民政府的大力支持下，投资1.2亿元建立的国家级输配电电器设备质检机构，主要从事高、中、低压电器的检测和试验认证技术服务。
CNCE己完成的一期工程建设占地面积43亩，建筑面积1.85万平方米，其核心试验项目大电流短路试验能力达到450V／280KA，为目前全国同类实验室中短路试验能力之最。
CNCE正朝着“国际先进、国内领先”水平的实验室迈进，并将发展成为中国华南及东南亚地区第一个高、中、低压电器科研基地，为该地区装备工业提供全球化的“一站式”检验和研发服务，在经济、电器行业发展、高校教学和科研方面发挥积极的促进作用。

最大温升能力：交流三相20kA，直流10kA
2500kVA以下电力变压器的突发短路试验

可接受ISO 9000、ISO 14000、ISO 18000认证、验货服务委托。一次工厂审查，可获多种认证证书。

Brief Introduction of China National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Mid-low Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment
China National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Mid-low Voltage Transmission and Distribution Equipment (abbr. CNCE) is established in Dongguan city, Guangdong province on the basis of Guangzhou Electrical Safety Testing Institute(CEST) and the investment exceeds one hundred and twenty million RMB. CNCE specializes in the testing and certification technical service for high/medium/low voltage electrical products.
At present, CNCE is the international advanced and national leading laboratory. It will be developed into the first base of high/medium/low voltage electrical product research in South China and Southeast Asia, so as to provide the global "one-stop" testing and research service for the equipment industry of South China and Southeast Asia, and play an active role in promoting the region’s economic, electrical industry, college education and scientific research.
● CNCE’S qualification:
CNCE is accredited by the China National Accreditation Services for Conformity Assessment(CNAS) as a low-voltage electrical product laboratory. Not only is it an international mutual accreditation IECEE CB-laboratory, but also a "CCC" certification testing laboratory authorized by the Certification and Accreditation administration of the People’s Republic of China. It’s a "CCC" certification testing laboratory signed by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and voluntary certification testing laboratory of Power(Beijing) Product Certification Centre Co., Ltd. CNCE is also executing the testing work of Guangdong Testing Station of Product Quality Supervision for low-voltage apparatus. Testing capability of CNCE is accredited by KEMA (Holland), ASTA(England), VDE(Germany), TUV, IMQ(Italy), C-US(America), CSA(Canada), Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of HongKong.
The core work of first stage of CNCE has been finished. It covers an area of 43 acre, and the building area is 18500m2. The heavy current short-circuit capacity is up to 450V, 280kA(The short-circuit testing capacity is the maximal in China). Main business scope includes:
A. Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies. (Includes Power Distribution cabinets, Busways, Distribution Boards and Cable Distribution cabinets).
B. Switchgear and Controlgear.(Includes Low-Voltage Circuit-Breakers, Low-voltage Switches, Disconnectors, Switch-Disconnectors and Fuse-Combination Units, Contactors, Starters, Relays, Control Circuit Devices and Switching Elements, Terminals and etc).
C. Installation Protective Equipment (includes RCCB, RCBO, PRCD,MCB and etc).
D. Power Transformer, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, Power Saver.
E. Electric Safety Tools.
F. Cable Bridge, Electrical Accessories Enclosure.
G. Electric Welding Machine.

●Short-Circuit Making and Breaking Capacity: 450V/280kA, 726V/150 kA ,1256V/80kA
●The maximum Temperature-Rise Testing Capacity: AC (three phase) 20 kA, DC10 kA
●Transformer Arising suddenly Short Circuit test:2500kVA and below
●Combustion Test for Busway.

● We can issue diversified testing reports for the product tested in the centre according to the requirement of clients. Such as CCC, CQC, Energy Conservation, Electric Power(PCCC) certification testing report, CB, CE certificate, and the testing report accredited by oversea KEMA (Holland), ASTA (England), VDE (Germany), CSA(Canada), UCIEE(Brazil) .The clients will benefit from “ testing for one time, accepted by the whole world ”.
